Saint Marks Place

Saint Marks Place is a community of carefully planned homes designed to support and improve upon the way residents live and work in today’s city. An interdisciplinary collaboration between Avdoo & Partners Development and INC Architecture & Design, the project introduces a distinctly human approach to residential design and development, and establishes a new dialogue within New York City residential real estate.

As lead designer at Pandiscio Green, I developed a timeless visual identity in a classic contemporary expression, honoring both the architecture’s nod to the Brooklyn brownstone rowhouses that surround it as well as the humanistic attributes which led the programming of the interior spaces.

Illustration of the building’s entrance.

As part of the brand’s “human-centric” theme, I created a series of hand-drawn illustrations to represent the building’s unique design and the wellness and fitness-focused suite of amenities inside.

To explain the building’s unique central location at the intersection of five distinct Brooklyn neighborhoods, I created a custom map in the brand’s color palette highlighting well-known points of interest in the area with hand-drawn illustrations.
